Messy

It's kinda messy with all the diffrent fonts you should try not to use to many of them it just makes it look sloppy and you don't know where to look at first.
Although I like your background it kinda gets lost with all the text slapped in front of it.
Just get a bit more rythem in your composition and it will look a whole lot better.

the thing that bothers me

One thing that throws me off is that all the weapons just don't look at the right size, it all looks to small.

That looks sweet man, everything just seems to fit and it almost looks logical how it is constructed. This must have taken some time to draw, you must really finish this work, I'd love to see the final product.

Cool design

As I stated i like the design of this, the colors seem to fit well with eachother.
Also the fact that it aint a stereotipical anime chick with oversized breasts makes it cool and more original.
